* This is a brief phone appointment for repeat scripts of regular medication previously prescribed from this clinic. Exemptions: Bulk Billing pricing does not apply to Authority scripts requiring phone approval, scripts that have not been prescribed at ERC in the last 12 months, non-regular medication (e.g. antibiotics), and attending to other business (e.g. results, referrals, medical certificates, advice, or discussion).

Acupuncture
Dr Chen is a qualified GP. She uses predominantly laser acupuncture which is painless and safe for patients of all ages including children and pregnant women. Needle acupuncture is also available on request.
A course of acupuncture generally involves 10 treatments at weekly-fortnightly intervals depending on the response of the individual. Once the symptoms have been effectively alleviated, booster treatments at various intervals are beneficial for maintenance.
Skin Cancer
All GPs routinely perform skin cancer services:

- Whole body skin checks
- Cryotherapy
- Biopsy
- Surgical excision
Having your skin checked as part of an overall health check is both convenient and economical. Referral is made to specialist services where clinically appropriate.
