Standard consultation fees will apply if the service extends to other business (e.g. results, referrals, medical certificates, advice, or discussion).
# A Fail To Cancel Fee applies if 4 business hours notice is not provided prior to cancelling / not attending an appointment.

Women's Health
All doctors at East Ringwood Clinic provide a broad range of women’s health services.
Additionally, some doctors have a special interest in Women’s Health, and offer the following Advanced Medical Services in Women’s Health:
Skin Cancer
All GPs routinely perform skin cancer services:
- Spot Checks
- Whole body skin checks
- Cryotherapy
- Biopsy
- Surgical excision
Additionally, some doctors have a special interest and additional training in Skin Cancer Medicine, and offer the Advanced Services is Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery.
Acupuncture
Dr Chen is a qualified GP. She uses predominantly laser acupuncture which is painless and safe for patients of all ages including children and pregnant women. Needle acupuncture is also available on request.
A course of acupuncture generally involves 10 treatments at weekly-fortnightly intervals depending on the response of the individual. Once the symptoms have been effectively alleviated, booster treatments at various intervals are beneficial for maintenance.
