A Fail To Cancel Fee applies if 4 business hours notice is not provided prior to cancelling / not attending an appointment.
^ This is a brief phone appointment for repeat scripts of regular medication previously prescribed from this clinic. Exemptions: Bulk Billing pricing does not apply to Authority scripts requiring phone approval, scripts that have not been prescribed at ERC in the last 12 months, non-regular medication (e.g. antibiotics), and attending to other business (e.g. results, referrals, medical certificates, advice, or discussion).

Standard consultations are Bulk Billed routinely by Dr Hoole, Dr Yang, Dr Ziccone, Dr R. Chan, and our GP registrar.

NB: Bulk Billing does not apply to

♦ Procedures, dressings, and other services with a heavy material component
♦ Work Cover or TAC.
Standard Fee
The standard fee applies to all patients who are over 16 yo, and do not have a pension or concession card.

Acupuncture
Dr Chen is a qualified GP. She uses predominantly laser acupuncture which is painless and safe for patients of all ages including children and pregnant women. Needle acupuncture is also available on request.
A course of acupuncture generally involves 10 treatments at weekly-fortnightly intervals depending on the response of the individual. Once the symptoms have been effectively alleviated, booster treatments at various intervals are beneficial for maintenance.
